The geographical position of the thin arc of mountains overlooking the Gulf of Genoa, the beauty
of its natural environment, the mildness of its climate, sea, the ancient historical and natural
tourist have made the Liguria region to offer perfect ospitality e agrave.
The Ligurian coast is divided into two rivers, which meet in Genoa:
Riviera di Ponente to the west of the city until the French border and
Riviera di Levante, eastward to the mouth of the river Magra.
The Riviera di Ponente, is characterized by slopes rather soft and lyingm with mounts with rather large valleys that descend straight towards the open sea often supervised by several leaders, as Head Noli, Cape Mele,
Capo Berta.
The Riviera di Levante is characterized by Monti that often come down to the sea with acute
promontories of pine trees and hemmed by picturesque cliffs.
